Three Guys Golf Blog / I have this same argument with Matt all of the time. Sure you are “comfortable” at 6400 yards, but I would argue it is more “comfortable” to actually shoot in the 70′s or 80′s than in the 90′s. It took me a year or so for the light to come on and realize I was having more fun shooting 77 from 6100 yards than 84 from 6400 yards.Even if you don’t play 6000 yards all of the time, it is a good change of pace to play it every so often. Especially at a new course or when it is wet or cold.
Now we know who the seinlbse one is here. Great post!
